    Just receieved my blackberry 9650 yesterday afternoon in replacement of 9630. It was doing lovely but unfortunately it's super slow today. Anyone having the same problem?

    Exactly...

    Also for the browser speed, change the browser to firefox (It definitely helped the speed of my browser)

    Open Browser>Menu>Options>Browser Configuration>Browser Identification>FireFox
