    Anyone else not getting their email pushed to their BB today? If I use a browser to check my AOL email, I find mail in my inbox, but my message folder on my 9650 is empty.

    Same here... Started happening yesterday for me.

    I was using yahoo as my email and thought maybe it was yahoo. So i tried my gmail account and the same thing happened... go figure.

    They better fix this asap...

    I use outlook web access for linking to my work email.
    It started by saying needed to validate my email.
    I have tried and still wouldn't take. I'm a IT Support Coordinator so I know I had my email and pw correct.
    Called Support they had me delete and try to Re-Add my account.
    Still can't get by invalid account.

    I think it is this same issue something isn't working right!

    hmmm. went to verizon bis website and had the "revalidate" icons next to my gmail accounts. although revalidating did nothing. so i went to setup > email settings on the phone and resent service books that way. email is working again.

    you have to go into setup wizard and move your email form your old bb to the new one if you all are on new bolds like my self lol

    I've had problems also with MSN / Hot Mail accounts, sometimes it's hours before I get them. Not sure it's a device issue though, I had the same issues with my Tour.

    I am not getting any emails on my bold today (10am Pacific). I have resent service books twice. I got those back on the bold. Garmin sent me a text message and I have not received that either.

    I was able to send an email earlier but not receiving.

    Rebooting yet again.

    go to your email settings, log in , and under your email accounts click move... itll then re-validate your accounts and move then to your new PIN...

    I also could not send email's on Thursday. I could receive them.....but not send them. I am in Stow, Ohio. A few hours later on Thursday evening I was then able to send my email's. Everything working OK (sending and receiving) for today....Friday. Thank goodness!!
