Go into Options > Applications > Add-On... click on Blackberry Messenger... first, tell us if it is actually there... second, what version is it... finally what is happening when you do click on the icon???

6 battery pulls.... ouch. "Hey if it doesn't work the first 3 times, lets try 3 more" lol.... sorry just had to...

But anyways to resend service books:
go to your "manage internet email icon" > then press menu > click "service books" > then press "send service books"

Did you get the confirmation email that says your email addresses were activated?

Did you get the confirmation email that says your handheld was registered?
When sending service books you just get emails saying the email addresses were activated on the servers. When registering the host routing table is when you get a message saying your handheld was registered. Just clarifying.

If that is the case, I would contact T-Mobile. Perhaps there is an outage in your area.

Have you done or changed anything?

    Have you tried reinstalling it?

Go to m.blackberry.com from your phone and find the blackberry messenger download.

Definitely try reinstalling it. There had been a few times when my bbm would not open when i click on the icon. So I would just reinstall and it works after that..
