So I bought weatherbug elite for my 9650. It installed and now asks me to allow the app to use the gps service. I would allow that except the trackpad does nothing. It doesn't move at all. None of the buttons do anything and I have tried several battery pulls. I also removed my sd card and tried a battery pull. No luck. It was working fine before the new app. I also can't get the 9650 to be recognized by Desktop mgr. either. Bummer. Any ideas appreciated-Bill

you might want to consider reloading the Operating System . . see what others say though

You could try to start it in safe mode and see if you can then delete weatherbug.

Weatherbug elite is working perfect on my Bold 9650. Worked on .699 and now is working on .732, I just upgraded.

The Key I had doesn't work and am waiting for W-Bug E to send me a new one, has anyone else have this problem .

i installed weatherbug elite yesterday. Seems now my battery % is dropping rapidly and im not doing anything new. Yesterday at work dropped from 100-20 in an 8-9 hour span, and i barely touch it except for some emails and texts at work. I have active alerts off and it updates hourly. Any ideas?

Haven't had any issues with Weather bug Elite yet, app world gave me a new code for the 9650. Thought I was going to have to buy it again.
