who is going to wait on the 9800? or is ordering the iphone 4? Just wondering what the feel is. I have been a blackberry user from 8300, 9000, 9700. I briefly went to iphone 3G and came back due to battery life.
I will probably preorder the iphone 4 on Tuesday. Anyone else?
My iPhone 3GS will be sold on Monday. I will definitely be getting the iPhone 4.
As for BlackBerry, I am only looking forward to the Pearl 3g. The rest of the
upcoming devices mean nothing to me.
Are you jumping off the 9700? Can you tell me what are your reasons? I am considering switch from iPhone 3GS to 9700, and not get iPhone 4. But my reasons are may be I am bored with iPhone's OS, may be I don't like that basic phone/email/text messages functions works better on 9700? Everything else is definitely, iPhone, but still.

I actually like Steve Jobs. He is very good at what he does. I think smartphones must evolve to offer more than email, etc. If you depend on email for your business then Blackberry is probably for you. I have a 8830 for my work. I am certainly not a apple fanboy, but based on what I have seen, Rim has nothing to compete and is evolving too slowly. I agree about previous iphone but this is a big jump ahead. I travel a bit for work and to be able to see my kids when I call home on face time is worth it by itself, not to mention the other advances.
Not picking a product because of people or persons is interesting. So you will not use Apple products because you hate Apple? Do you use Blackberry because you like it or because you don't like apple?
I'm a strict BB person as well. Never been interested in the iPhone or Apple in general. I've had the 8310 for 2 years & finally get to upgrade to the 9700. I was lusting after the 9000 last year & I've read what people with the 9000 have said, but the 9700 has one particularly good feature to me: the trackpad. So sick of the damn ball gunking up.
