Im sure im not the first to pose theis question but try as i might i can only get a ringtone on phone calls nothing on emails or texts can anyone help ive tried everything and its driving me mad

go to the little speaker (aka sound profile), then scroll down to set ringtones / alerts, then click on whichever messages you want to change and you can add the tones from there.
