I am trying to delete some pics of my tour. These pics were sent via BBM. Every time I try to delete, it tells me 'file is in use' and won't let me delete....HELP!

Have you tried a battery pull? I had that happen with a pic the other day, and that fixed my issue.

end the bbm convo... then you can delete the pic... it usually happens cause the other person didn't download it... maybe they just previewed it... so the transfer is still pending... hence "the file is in use"

Alternately you can just try to cancel any send pic requests in your conversation on the newer BBM vs ending the whole conversation...

Make sure nothing else is using the files also, like a contact pic, etc.
