    So I was installing apps on my new bold and wouldn't reset when it told me too. So finally after awhile I did a battery pull and now the thing restarts but nothing works. Can't click any icons, can only move around the first 4 icons on the home screen. Question is, should I reinstall the OS or send it back. Oh and I already dropped it, so the corner is a little scratched. Think t

    I would try another battery pull, if that doesnt work, reload the OS.

    Did you try wiping with bbsak and then reloading? Bbsak will take care of the vendor file for you.

    I gave up and told VZW to send me a new one. Didn't try nbask. It was no problem since I only had it for 2 days. Hope I don't blow up the next one.
