FWIW its perfectly compatible with the bluetooth in my 09 Silverado. The function is actually a lot better than that of my old 8330 curve. Sounds MUCH clearer.
my 8330 alltel phone with the 5.0 os from boost worked fine with my kenwood dnx6960. with the bold i can't voice dial with the bt. i would go by a vzw store and try it in the parking lot. if i can't get this to work in 27 days it's going back and i'll try something else.
well i got my 9650 to work with the kenwood so a little trial and error goes a long way. if you're already using a bb with your car the 9650 will probably work fine. if not i would still try to borrow one from a store.
