    I've had my Tour for just over a year. When I went online for my 1 year upgrade the website told me I needed to pay $509.99. The gal who helped (well, what's the opposite of helped) couldn't see anything wrong and just tried to get me off the phone. Jasmine the chatting sales rep didn't do a very good job in keeping this customer happy.

    Anyone else have issues?

    i can't choose a calling plan or 1500 texts when ordering. at the "review before ordering" step, it shows my monthly charge as $29.99 which is personal bb only with no calling plan or text since it wont let me choose them?

    You may want to pick something and just have customer service fix it when you activate. Best of luck though.
