What OS are you currently running and how long does it take for your phone to boot up?

I have 2 Storm 2s, and whats sad, I can do a battery pull on both at the same time..

Phone 1 takes right at 15 minutes to boot up

Phone 2 takes right at 5 minutes to boot up

    Phone 1 is running a hybrid 5.0.0.612 platform 4.2.0.275

    Phone 2 is running a hybrid 5.0.0.699 platform 4.2.0.275

Normally I would throw a new buildin Phone 1 but since im doing the Blackberry Messenger Beta testing, I dont want to have to go through the whole reinstall and waiting for all the photos to reload....but I guess it has come to that..

Any of you have a recommendation on a good OS to put on Phone 1

For well over a month, I was getting consistent ~3:20 reboots (on 607). So was my wife's phone. Then suddenly, in mid or late April, the time increased to around 4:15+, so I started dumping apps to see what the problem was (my wife's phone, which has SOME of the same apps, continues to boot in ~3:20). No matter what I removed, I have been unable to drop the time back to 3:20 on my phone. Since the only time I reboot is when I remove (or add some apps that seem to require a reboot to function correctly, following installation) apps, I'm not going to investigate the issue any further as an extra minute once in a while is a minor issue.

After a wipe and reload just about 2 minutes. After about 2 weeks of daily use, MB now shows 5 minutes. I run 451.

I don't have the same phone but noticed on mine that the boot time also varies with the amount of messages I have on the phone, and also how many of these messages have attachements.
I think it will always varies some.
I just do a reset every night as a habit when I plug the phone and I'm good to go.

I'm running the plain Jane latest official build from VZW. Unshrunk. And I have quite a few apps as well as a bunch of music, videos, and pictures on my SDcard.

Boots in just over 5 mins.

Oh and can someone point me in the direction of a good stable hybrid? I'm on .607 and need stability. I've also never done it before so any help would be greatly appreciated!

    Bbsak thread link http://forums.crackberry.com/f35/bbsak-1-7-released-10-25-09-a-346247/

Hybrid try willyboy v2.2 or alexander v643 both on hybrid thread. IMO you try all of them and see witch one best for your bb. Allow the hybrid at least a week to settle.
