Please post ANY issues or difficulties you are having with Dexrex extension for BB.
So far it would seem that the company has become rather unresponsive to tech support queries. (Which can be made here http://www.dexrex.com/Contact.php) Maybe this tread will get their attention.

This thread is not meant to trash Dexrex LLC in any way. It is simply a "call to action" for a company that seems more concerned with good public relations here and elsewhere, than answering questions or solving problems for their potential users. I am honestly looking forward to a future version / execution of this program that works as expected.

The ultimate solution seemed to be this new & exciting program that would save my SMS indefinitely online. It seems that others and myself across the web have been having significant trouble successfully installing / registering / using this program. (Detailed issues w Dexrex in above thread) It is also apparent to myself and others that the company (thus far) is more concerned with their perceived image than solving problems or responding to emails. I am sure I am not the only one who has been frustrated by these ongoing issues that are not being addressed in a timely manner.

(Again, not bashing Dexrex LLC. Would love if the day comes where this thread can be deleted b/c an intuitive & stable app is released.)

A few months ago, we released the first version of Dexrex Extensions for BlackBerry. Some of you had trouble with it, so we took your feedback and went back to the drawing board. This is the fruit of our labors, and we hope you like it!

In the original version, some international users experienced problems installing the application. We fixed that in the back-end, and took it a step further by adding a setup wizard to guide users through the configuration process. Also, users can now create an account with their phone number if you don't want to capture your IM history as well.
