I visited my local Sprint store last Friday and spoke to the manager about the history of issues I have had with My Tour and the other two on my account. After a few minutes, the tech looked at the phone and immediately prepared a ticket to allow the swap of the phone. They also replaced my Otterbox Defender with a brand new one. All at no cost. I am to bring in the other two Tour's next week to be evaluated for replacement. I have 5 BB's on my account. Also, the Tour is no longer available for sale. Seems like the Tour has had the shortest life span that I can remember.
I went to the Sprint Store yesterday and they swapped my Tour out for a brand new Bold for free. I have had quite a few Tours and the manager didn't even question it and just did the replacement for me. This phone is a big step up from the Tour so far.
went to my Sprint store a few days ago, and even though I have had my Tour replaced twice, they still would not replace it for the new Bold. My line is not eligible for an upgrade for 1.5 years, they said "Sorry".
