just downloaded QPfor os 5.0 + = still not working!!! says phone will reboot in 5 seconds...........nothing happens, then get message saying something went wrong.

is quickpull better then reboot in the quicklainch app? i downloaded QL today..that why i ask.

QL reboot won't work. The dev hasn't updated that function as far as I know. I could be wrong. It won't work on the latest 5.0 OS'

Make sure you do a battery pull after you install it.
Works fine for me - 9700 on OS 5.0.0.593

correct, QL reboot does not work on 5.0 .
i will try quickpull again and try a battery pull first

I ended up having to click set as defaults on the permissions page to make it work on my 9550. I am unsure if all phones will require the same settings. It now works flawlessly.
