Any help would be tremendously appreciated.

I have my BlackBerry Tour 9630 password protected. Always have. Never had an issue.

But now I do. I pulled the battery and when it rebooted it came to the normal unlock screen. Which I chose to unlock and entered my password. Upon hitting enter after typing the password the phone froze in that state.

I have pulled the batter 3 more times, same result. It keeps freezing when I enter my password.

Any thoughts? Anyone? Pretty useless in this current state.

Try hooking up to Desktop Manager and enter the password with your pc keyboard. Once you are in, then disable the password until you get the issue resolved.

    Just a thought, anyhow.

Try using DM to back up your personal info on the phone (contacts, etc). At least then if you can do that you won't lose that if it times out from attempts.

If you still can't unlock it at that point, I'd try to wipe and reinstall the OS if you can make or have made a recent backup....
