hey everyone, i keep getting an email [email protected] bla blabla and it keeps saying that this massag carry data from your blackberry to your email. I was wondering how to stop this, iv been getting 1 of these email every 30 minutes, and it really gets annoying, i tried to delet the email and creating a new one, and it didnt work, then i tried to pull the battery but that still didnt make it stop from getting this email.
so any help i would really appreciate it. oh and my device is 8330
This means you installed the DM incorrectly. You installed it for the BES not the BIS. Also this will install a service book on the device which generates this email. You need to modify the DM to integrate with BIS, or remove and re-install selecting the BIS option Then delete the service book on the device. I usually delete them all except for the provisioning one. Then reset up the device.
