    I am a Geek Squad agent over at Best Buy in NY store 442 and VZW rep was in today. I asked him about the 9650. He stated that he did not have an official release date as of yet but he did confirm that the phone will be released by the end of the month. He then tried to get me to switch from sprint. Too funny.

    Just thought I would put it out there for the VZW customers. At least it confirms that it is almost here.

    If the rep said "by the end of the month," I assume he meant THIS month so you'd be off by a couple of weeks.

    good to see so many different sources(term used loosely) say it will be here by the end of the month for Sprint and VZW.

    Any guess or idea if VZW will have buy one get one free on the Bold? Also, for that buy one get one free deal, do you have to sign up for a new line on the 2nd phone or can it just be an upgradeable line?
