Ive had my 9700 for 2 months now, and recently the trackpad has gotten very loose, and makes a crunch noise when clicking.
Can I get it repaired under warranty, or do I have to pay for it to be repaired?
Also, how do I get in touch with RIM to raise a repair request? (Im in the UK)
Many thanks.

If you've only had it for 2 months, then you should be able to get your mobile provider to assist with any warranty claims, as they should be able to either arrange to have the phone repaired or replaced and have the warranty from RIM honoured.
