i have a unlocked blackberry bold (rogers) and it has a telus sim card in it. it sais i am conected to telus and when i place a call it comes up local. but on the home screen the roaming symbol wont go away.

any suggestions or is this common

100% normal. I use Rogers units on Fido and get the roam thingy. Been the same thing for years . Don't know if ur worry is charges or otherwise but forget it.

I've got a rogers unit on Fido as well. Roaming sign is always up, but I don't get charged anything. Don't worry about it.
