Hi...

So I got a little distracted, but rest assure I�m still working on the Precision7 v3.4 special edition but more about that later...

This is almost an "normal" precision theme with 6 icons that do not hide. But I have added a Weather slot and in addition to the Hidden today I have added a "Fixed Today" of 3 Message Entries on the upper part of the screen which features an automatic Backdrop when new Mail arrives..

This way You can show both messages and Calendar in the same screen or nothing at all (until You get new messages... Quite effective IMO..



There are also a few hotkeys:

$: SMS & MMS
F: Facebook
I: Twitter (RIM�s App)
G: Gmail Plugin inbox (Does not work until You have manually entered the inbox once, after that it is fine)

None for QL since You can decide for Yourself in the QL Menu now..

Also Home screen is without Carrier and App Text.. Sorry ..

That would be great. Leave the 3 msg part, but remove the calendar entries all together.

Any chance of the 3G icon for data? I have the font set.

I used your Precision7 V3 Lite1 on my 9000 for months, and I've just upgraded to the 9700. Is the calendar font as small as in the 9000 Precision7 series? Looking at the screen shot above, the calendar text looks to be larger than the message text. I could see full calendar entries, even if they were lengthy; I've not found a theme for the 9700 with that same feature.

Also, are you planning a weather-less version?

And "G" is also a shortcut for Google Talk. . . will the theme override this shortcut with the one for the GMail Inbox?

Great work all around - your attention to detail (like the shaded background behind today text) really sets your themes apart.

The theme isn't loading right. It doesn't have a home screen. It only loads an app screen.

I personally would move the E911 symbol to the top of the screen, remove the selection for the alarm, remove the selection for the signal, make the envelope in the top left non-selectable, and add text for the top-right icon. But hey, don't change it on the account of me. It is still an awesome theme.

Anyone having problems with showing messages when new messages arrive? I can get email messages to show in the area, but not SMS/MMS messages. Yes, my general options does state to combine MMS/SMS and show notifications for both. Any help?

Quicklaunch can only be user assigned to the spacebar IF "dial from homescreen" is DEactivated (which most users DON't deactivate). Could this hotkey be added?

Would it be possible to make one with no hotkeys as I live in Vancouver ( our area code is 604 ) now everytime i try to call someone when dialing 604 FB loads for me. And also can we expect a transparent menu anytime soon? thanks

Great theme....I have the Gmail app, and the G shortcut doesn't work for me. I've done a batt pull. I'm using the original version.

SMS messages don't show up in today themes on OS 5.0

Never have done... unless you're using a 9700 on OS .566 or .593 (which you're not).

Thanks for the response. I wasn't for sure, as this was the first theme I have used utilizing a hidden today for messages. Just thought, I had a setting wrong or something else wrong.

This is a wonderful theme. Only thing I have to say is the navigation seems a little strange to me, but I'm assuming its from you having your calendar on the right. You need to be on the 5th icon to scroll up to the weather slot. Very clean and awesome looking though and the double today is a pretty sweet idea! Keep up the good work and thanks for this one!
