Has anybody had an issue binding the model phone to their system? Any advice?
I am trying to direct a remote user through the enterprise activation process on the handheld from all I can tell they are following my step by step process laid out to them. I have tried reloading the user, reseting their activation PW several times, had the user wipe the device, restarted the BES services, and have now moved the user to their very own OU as I have run out of ideas.....
You've not stated the error that your BES is giving you, if anything. When you remove the account, you should remove the statistics, too. Now try re-adding the device to BES...
