Hi All,

This is my first post and I hate to start with a problem but I'm at my witts end with this one. I've searched but couldnt find a similar post about the Bold 9700. For some reason, it does not show missed calls in the call log. I can only see them if I have a missed call at the time, but once I exit the missed call log, I cannot view it until I have another missed call. I do not want them to appear in the messages folder either and the BB9700 does not have an option to View Recent that the 9000 has in call log view.

Any ideas?

Thanks for posting though. This is so annoying that its not appearing in the call log!

On my curve call log was a home icon and showed missed calls, dont have that with my bold 9700.

i got similar problem in that it only happens on "Unknown Calls"

I'm begining to feel that this is a glitch in the software somewhere. The 9000 has no issues with this. Only the 9700.

Reloaded firmware. i can now get the others just not unknowns. Atleast its a step in the right direction!

You missed calls will be identified with a red "x" above the picture of the receiver, once youv'e pressed the green fone.

I have a problem if anyone can help with texts messages. Incoming texts appear with telephone number only and no name eventhough the contact is stored in my fone book
