Everytime I try to download update, I get the following message:

Initially I get a screen/message stating: "There is a free maintenance update available to version 2.0004. (with a "download now" link).

When I click on download link, I get a message that reads: "Download Information. No Download Link Available. We currently do not have a download link available for the product . . . .etc...

what gives?
