so i was stumbling on blackberry.com and looking to see what was going on and i wanted to see if i could try another device and desktop manager....and there it was...

So... you just make the links?

Or when you install you make sure you check the options that make the links!

I have DM 4.5 and I like it a lot. Improved over 4.3

I haven't used 4.6 but have the install file... so I am deciding whether or not to use it. I don't see any reason though

I used DM 4.6 to install an OS and it screwed up my BB Browser...so it HAD to go...
Definately will use DM 4.5 FOR EVERYTHING FROM NOW UNTIL 5.0 comes out lols

I'm having the same issue. Created a shortcut on the disktop but clicking it (or clicking the source file) results in an hour glass on the computer (XP) for a second like it's loading and then nothing. Small icon is down by the date but clicking it gives nothing either.

Any ideas?

yeah me either..it's such a pain, well roxio is..plus with that server only letting me d/l at 65KB/ I chose the smaller file...thank god i finally got it to work...had to use windows install clean-up

Hmmm than it must have been your mistake... I can't see how Desktop Manager could have done that... installed several beta's through DM 4.6... No Problems what so ever... It must be the user... which it is in most cases
