    I have that too. Pretty sure it is the reboot device option in quicklaunch. It appeared around the same time I installed it.

    I have it too and I keep deleting it.
    Is it from Quicklaunch? That is the only app from the above list I have.

    You can delete it till you are blue in the face but as long as you use the reset feature it will always come back.

    Its an application you can add to the quicklaunch menu. Pretty useful.

    Applications>>3rd Party>> Should be all the way down at the bottom of your list of apps, depending on how many you are running....

    All that is is a tiny little program that applications like Quicklaunch install and delete to force a reboot signal on the phone. It's basically the only workaround to do a full reboot without physically pulling the battery.
