2) Plug your phone in and open up BBSAK
3) Go to the second tab "Modify CODs"
4) Click "Install .COD(s)"
5) Select the file downloaded above and click "Open"
6) You will see a dialog that the file was added succesfully, click "OK"
7) Phone will reboot and BBScanner, MLB at Bat, etc. should work fine

I can't post links, not enough posts. Search downloads section with "3g fix", this will come up "3G fix for 553 and 517 based hybrids", download, extract, install with BBSAK, done.

Been running this OS for a bit over all pretty solid. Media player messes up quite a bit when streaming video I get media processer to busy errors quite a bit. Or I get unable to play media unsupported but the storm has sucked for streaming video . On .328 it didn't work at all.

Installed yesterday and it loaded very quickly with no problems. All apps are working. Bit of a memory leak but not a major issue. Will report finding after a couple of days but there will probably be a new leak before then. The S1 just keeps getting better and better thanks to Lyricidal and others who make these hybrids.
Bring on .607!!!

3G.folks be aware the patch file will give you the 3G symbol with these hybrids BUT with the last few leaks installing the 3G patch causes icons not to update on the home screen. So you will not see notifiers on icons and weather apps will not update. You have to look at them in landscape view to see updated info. If you can live with 1XEV I suggest not messing with the 3G ribbon file.

I gave up waiting for a new leak and Installed this last night. Coming from .419 without doing a wipe. Much Better. Lots of little fixes here and there. The big one for me at least, the speed dial works with a the full keyboard in portrait.

The sms black lines are still there in bubble mode, but works correctly with the stripe setting.

The only weird thing is StormSlots. It runs, but no longer accepts the registration key. This is not my first update and I have had this app for a while and it accepted the key before. I'll contact the author and see what he thinks.

I own mlbatbat and have used the patch for both 571 and now 591.
It works flawlessly after patch is loaded
I didn't look at op but lyric has the patch on same page with the 591 download link at bbhybrids.

I have a question about loading up this new software. I currently have .571 installed and like it. Is it best to use bbsak and wipe the Storm before loading the software or is it ok to just load it over top? If I do that will it keep all my contacts etc or do I need to restore them using the desktop software? I'm a super newb to this stuff.
