Download and install .419 for the 9530 .484 for the 9500
This hybrid is unshrunk, shrink out anything you do not want
Add the files from the patch to the java folder of the os you just downloaded and installed.
You can find the OS folders in X:/Program files/common files/research in motion/shared/loader files/(Your OS)
PLEASE NOTE: If you get an error message as you boot up:
The problem is in the blackberry.alx file, its too old and does not tell DM to add this file into the install.
If you take the net_rim_bbapi_sharing.cod from the hybrid and load it on to your phone through bbsak it should be away.
You can also go into the blackberry.alx and add the file name in there and it will then install automatically.
I have prepared a 419 bb.alx file that you can drop into your os folder for those who don't want to hassle with this.
Just drop it in the OS folder with the other alx files.
Download it here: http://www.theiexplorers.com/OneOfaK...BlackBerry.rar -rar/zip -9530

So I literally take that .cod from the file and install it seperately? Is "it" the error message when your talkng about away? as in gone?
What you can do with the .cod is load it to your phone using BBSAK after you've loaded the OS and are up and running.
Alternately, you can download the hybrid, copy the java files to your java folder, then you can download the blackberry.alx file and copy that to your main OS folder (where all the other .alx files are) and then load the OS. Like this, you won't need to go into BBSAK and insert any .cods anywhere.
So if I'm correct the play by play for the 9530 is:
1.Install .419
2.Copy java folder from the hybrid into the .419 folder in common files
3.Copy the .419 .alx that OneOfaKind made into the os folder
So if I'm correct the play by play for the 9530 is:

3.Copy the .419 .alx that OneOfaKind made into the os folder
One last thing. Im going to rename that folder in the hybrid to "Java" and then copy it into the os folder. That should be fine right, or would it be easier to just not rename the folder and just drag it over?
****Edit****
Ok, everything is installed perfectly. Initial thoughts are WOW!!!! Lightning fast, my memory booted up at 27, but that's because of all the apps i have. Also, it's very responsive. Great job. I can't wait for a few days to pass to see how it settles in. Thanks again
