Just upgraded to the Bold 9700 from the Bold 9000 (again). I have BB Messenger 4.7 on the 9700. I noticed that when I scrolled over a chat in the 9000, I had a display of when the message was sent (e.g., timestamp). I noticed that I don't have this with my new 9700.
Has anyone noticed this? I want my timestamps back! lol...

Ok, now I feel stupid! lol... I was using the one that shipped with the 9700. I guess I'm noticing just how out of date it was. I forgot that there were a number of updates along the way. Thanks for the heads up!
i've flashed my bold 9700 to .593 and the bbm im using is also updated to the leaked .66, i dont seem to see time stamp on the right hand corner of the messages i received from my contact anymore..there's time stamp in my group message..any solution?
i was having a similar problem with my 8530 but mine was the correct time stamp and i was throwing everyone in the BBM chats time stamps off weird huh ? I had the latest Sprint .459 OS for 8530. So I upgraded to Verizon's .508 and Issue resolved
