Well I've traded up my faithfull 9000, its been good to me over the last 12months, had a trck ball issue but who hasn't. Ordered my 9700 on 3 as an upgrade and they unlocked the 9000 for free, see somthing for nothing from 3.
Been reading posts and it seems pretty cool. Just looking for the jawbone prime or icon to upgrade my jawbone1 that has also fared well over the last 2 1/2 years
Well braging over, can't wait till tomoz

I made the switch also. Only thing I miss is the keyboard size. If only my keyboard from my 9000 would fit in my 9700 somehow.

Congrats! You will love it! I gave up my iPhone for it, and am very happy. The iPhone is cool for its apps, but I have an iPod touch for those needs. As far as a phone, it's not that great. And the notification system sucks!

Congrats! Good move. The camera, trackpad and battery life are well worth it. Just make sure to upgrade your OS, .545 has been outstanding!

Well 24 hours in and yes I'm lovin it, ok the keyboard is a little smaller, and I have large hands, but haven't noticed much change. My apprentice has the new curve and I can't use that, but this is fine. Internet is quicker and wifi seems better, very impressed. Now I need to work out how to tether it. Lol I'm a mechanic not into I.t.

I moved my wife and I from 8320s to 9700s, and I still have my 9000 for work. The 9700 is my favorite by far. Congrats, and welcome to the club.

I went from the 8100 to the old Bold to the 8900 and now to the 9700. Had this for two weeks and I'm never looking back either. I'm in love with this phone
