Alright I have a clean install Windows 7 Ultimate

running Outlook 2007, tried DM 5.0.1 and tried DM 4.6
I am not able to sync from the BB Device to Outlook

nor am I able to two way sync

anyone have any ideas.

This sounds like an issue with your settings. I'm running office 2007 ultimate as well and don't have any problem with any of the components synching. I'm running the latest DM version (5.0.1) as well. I'll take a look tomorrow to see if I can find where the settings are for this. Though I don't recall ever having to change anything when I set it up originally. Have you called tech support yet? They might be able to help as I'm sure you aren't the first to run into this issue.

Sync what, your calendar? Is your calendar associated with the correct email address? Does the DM see the correct PIN for your device?

all I am trying to do is sync my contacts .. and when I try it goes as if its going to work then does nothing and nothing has updated and no error message either. Its the weirdest thing!

Running MS Windows 7 Ultimate 64 Bit with MS Outlook 2007
all apps and sync works fine no probs. Desktop Manager 5.0.1
OS 5.0.0.545 UK release.

Found the problem, it was a setting
you have to have sync organizer data
on and it worked.

I had no idea what that was.

I found some corrupt entries which
caused some issues. Its all working
fine now.
