    after requesting to my carrier for a replacement on a bold with a loose bezel, trackpad, carrier logo piece, and 3 dead pixels, i have been given a perfect bold (except for a loose carrier piece which i fixed with blutac)

    does anyone else have a similar story? (horrible to perfect bold)

    I have no gripe with my phone after a month of use. Also I am on this thing like it is my wife....scratch that, I am not on my wife much these days...

    I'm on my second one and it's almost perfect. My earpiece volume seems pretty low, but hey, I'll live. I can still hear, just not in really loud environments.
