Here is an updated picture in comparison to the Tour..
EDIT: This was the "to be" slider. Pictures from last year. Not exactly sure if they plan to keep the design or if they just totally moved onto the slider we know now..
I thought a 9630.. Old slider pics can be deceitful.. Looks long but I don't think think it will be as long as it looks..can't wait till its released I don't think it will be as long as old pics look..if this pic is legitimate its looking nice!

If this is the device put out, and hopefully for VZW, I'd have to say it does look better then the first leaked pictures. I like it a lot. I want to see some specs!

I can not wait for this phone to come out... I like the picture in the top of this thread better than the others I have seen so far... I like idea of a sliding BB
bigger keyboard = further reach for each thumb = less efficient. And then when navigating the screen, the touchpad would be on the right side as opposed to the bottom which makes navigating even more ackward...

T-mobile G1 is easy to use, BlackBerry would be the same way!

I can type way faster on my Tour keyboard than I could on any of my horizontal keyboards. In fact, all I ever did was find new on-screen keyboards on my WM phones so I wouldn't have to slide the keyboard out...EVER. The vertical keyboard design is RIM's strength, and I have grown totally accustomed to it and wouldn't be able to go back.
Here are some more updated pics of the Slider off of bb leaks website (don't know if anyone posted these yet)... They say the comparison is to an 8900 in size (that's the phone its next to side by side). I hope the Sprint and next month are true...
