    I just got my new phone in the mail and I am trying to get my berry buzz that i bought for my old blackberry to work on it, but the code wont regiester on this phone..what am i doing wrong..it says its wrong code..

    If you bought it from a website, you have to go and change the pin. It is linked to your old phone

    The activation code (I believe) is linked to your PIN as well, so I'd imagine they should've given you a new code if anything?

    It is not case sensitive.

    What version of Berrybuzz did you originally purchase? If it is version 1 then more than likely you downloaded version 2.
