    I live around Richmond,VA and had trouble with wifi as did others all over. Now my BBM is not delivering messages. Anyone else near or far having issues?

    It will affect everything, no BIS = no BBM no email and no browser.

    I have not had a BIS or BBM issue here in Connecticut for the entire time this
    has been reported. Everything (email, BBM, browser GPS, weather app) all work
    fine.
