Any other appliance technician out there that use there blackberry for work?

If so what apps and such are you using?

What do you wish your blackberry could do to make your job easier?

Not an appliance tech, but I do fire inspections on exhaust hoods in restaurants. I use mine to send pictures to our repair guys so that they can see exactly what's wrong with a system and get someone a much quicker quote. I also use it for the GPS ability and the scheduler. I'm pretty sure I can do more, but I've only had it for a couple of weeks, and at this point the phone is still smarter than I am Thanks to this place, I'm slowly getting the upper hand.
