I cannot save my contacts to SIM card. From the Contacts List I press a contact, then Menu, then there is a Copy to SIM Phone Book and when I press Enter or the trackpad, nothing happens. I go to my SIM Phone Book and see that it has not been saved. Any ideas on how I can save to SIM card? I am running 5.0.0.442.

I'm surprised that option is still there. Saving to a SIM card will only allow you to save the name and 1 phone number associated with that name. The providers are really getting away from that because of the limitations storing it to SIM. Best thing to do is to install Desktop Manager on your PC and backup your berry to it often. Then you will have your contacts in case the phone goes south.

    +1
It will only let you save 1 name with 1 number, nothing else. Only 250 contacts too. If the contact has multiple numbers than it needs to be saved multiple times. Addresses PIN's and any other info won't get saved. You can store more info in one contact on the BB than a whole SIM card will hold.

Most stores when you change devices have a machine that will transfer your contacts (all info and yes that means one contact entry with multiple phone numbers and email accounts), your calendar and all your media to the new device.
