    Hi,

I have just purchased a new BB9700 and I am trying to set-up my BES account but the menu is missing in (options, advances options, activated entreprise doesn't exist).
Do you know how to enable it ? Is it a firmware problem ?

    Thanks a lot

Do you have a BES dataplan?

yes, I should, but device is new from today. Is it the carrier that would enable the menu ? What is strange is that even the menu is missing.

If you do not have a BES dataplan the enterprise activation option will not show. Best thing to do is to call your carrier and confirm.

Yes, you need the bes data plan. Had to add the package on mine for the option to show.

Usually if register your device through the routing tables it will show up.
