If I dl Opera on my S2 can I do away with the native browser or is it one of those things you have to keep on your phone?

I think you have to keep the native browser. I just hide the icon.

You will not be able to do away with your native browser to my knowledge ..opera will be there like a normal app and u will then have a choice of either browser ....I just went through the same thing due to the fact that I hate bing on the s2 and opera is so much faster and efficient and has cool browsing ..enjoy!

You still need the native browser for downloads and streaming video. Opera Mini 5 automatically switches over to the native browser for these actions.

Thanks for the info guys. Now being new to opera, how do I edit the existing speed dial websites that were preset?

just hold your finger over the speed dial icon you wish to change for a few seconds and you'll get a menu pop up that allows you to select.

Does Opera support Flash on the Storm 2? or is Flash a no-go full stop?
