Hi.
My sister by mistaked load the wront backup on her Bold 9000. Now the phone took the PIN, BBM contacts, Phone contacts, theme, emails, everything and it look like a totally different phone with non of ther stuff except the things on the media card.
How can I reverse this? I don't have a backup since it seems that I got replaced.
Im on OS 5.0.0.411 any help would be highly appreciated.
Ok. That I kinda knew. But what's the best procedure to get the proper info in the phone, reinstall the OS? Won't bring me the same info back since it does a blackup of the device while updating?
I guese loading the proper backup would be a silly thing to suggest.
Yeah, lol. We have 3 Blackberrys at home, seems like one of my sisters over wrote the others backup and thats where the mess started.
Im going to wipe the thing and reinstalled the OS, hopely she'll be able to get her BBM contacts back with the remote backup and have fun filling the in all the contacts again.
