Not sure when exactly this happened.... but I am on a BES so I don't use DM too often. The issue is that whenever I start DM, I get a box that continually flashes on the screen that is titled Windows Installer and it says "preparing to install." DM will not connect to my Tour. This is on my personal laptop running windows xp. I have uninstalled and re-installed DM and still the same issue.
The problem comes that tomorrow morning I will be leaving this company and need to back up and get myself off this BES before they wipe me out. Any help would be appreciated.
