For a week I tried out the Motorola Cliq, I loved the phone other than a few problems (it got far to hot, lagged, pictures appeared to pixelated...), I loved the Visual Voicemail. I took the phone back to T-Mobile and opted for the Bold 9700 even though I did not want another Blackberry. To my surprise I LOVE this phone, it is sleek and a lot faster than the Curve I previously owned (I since gave it to my 12 year old daughter (she only has wifi at home for internet on it). My only 2 issues is the time it takes for a photo to actually get taken (it has a huge delay) and I can not get visual voicemail to work, keeps giving me an error message.

Any suggestions?

With your vvm issue, call the customer service, and tell them the error you are getting.

I hate calling them, but I agree I think it is the only way it will get fixed.

VVM is awful buggy on the 9700. I wish I never opted for it.

Maybe try youmail if you can't get the VVM issue resolved on your 9700.
