Yeah i just got off the phone with rogers and they said RIM is experiencing an outage...... they don't know the ETA but it better be F'ing soon!!!!!!!!!!!!
Blackberry Messenger for me today is very unreliable. All messages are checked but few have "D" or "R". I'm not getting many sent nor received. A friend on telus is having the same issue. Is it just me or has Blackberry Messenger and BIS been very unreliable the past 6 months?

I just got a bomb of BBM messages from my best friend and I have no idea what time she sent them. Based on the conversations, some of them are from our chat at about 2:30 AM. I then got a message from her at maybe 2PM and I sent one in return. I thought she just wasn't responding until I restarted my phone, since this has been going on since yesterday afternoon for me, and boom.
She's on Sprint, and I'm on Verizon in the NYC area.
There is a known outage in the Ney York area with RIM. Also a seperate outage that is affecting 15 percent of blackberry users so that they cannot access data or email throughout the USA.
