Anyone come across an app that can store scanned certification and membership cards? I have a few memberships with numbers on them, as well as certification cards with exp dates and cert numbers/license numbers on them, would like to clean up the wallet and store those on the phone.

Yeah, it's a native app called the "Camera".

That's what I do, I just made a folder for those pictures of all my cards.
