Who is still using their battery from an early build S1?
How is your battery life?
When I see people complain about batt life, is it because they are using an old battery?
Right now, I'm getting about 12 hours on an average day.

I have kept my old battery as a spare, but I use my new one and I get about 16 hours using OOAK's hybrid.

I did use my old one at first, and noticed no difference in battery life, but I guess I can't say I've used it long enough in my S2 to notice.

the S2 battery did not seem like it was not as good as my S1...so i am using the S1 battery, the S2 bat sits in my old phone and stays charged.

I have an original S1 from release day and the same battery and I get a full day out of it unless I have a heavy day on BBM and several long calls. That's with a weak signal in my office too which is where I'm at most of the day.
I'm on .419 too and I've recently had some crazy things happening with my phone which I'm sure is effecting the battery.
