I updated my BB 8530 OS to 5.0.0.459 and now Windows 7 or Vista doesn't see it. Before the update I could see the device and now when I look in the device manager it shows up as the E drive and that's it. I cannot transfer files to the BB. Windows says the driver is up to date but that cannot be right. When I connect my BB the mass storage window does not appear. Thanks.

Just in case, make sure to enable mass storage mode. Even if you had it working before the OS upgrade sometimes you need to re-enable it.

This may sound stupid, but I couldn't figure out how to do it. Before it came up as an option when I connected but now it doesn't.
