When I plug my storm in the wall it will have the charge lightning icon for a few seconds then turn off and occaisionally flash on and off. I don't have this problem when plugged into the computer. I have no clue what's wrong but I can't always charge my phone on the computer. I have .320 on and the default precision zen theme.

Do you have another AC charging cable you could try, or could you borrow someone's to try, in order to determine if you have a bad AC cord?

Do the wall socket you are using to plug it into work fine with other devices?

yeah it does. i have even tried multiple times in different outlets.

Ok so we know the outlet works, it would be worth trying another AC charging cord. You could explain your issue to the verizon store and they may be willing to give you another cord to try
