Whenever I am on a call, if some one else tries to dial my number, they get the busy dial tone (engaged call). How do I make it call waiting? I tried to find the solution from my service provider but he says it can be done with some option configuration on the phone...

In 4.6 press the green Call button>menu>options>call waiting

try make call buton(green)-then the MENU button-scrool down to options and then call waiting

Press the green button and the follow the steps above. You have to be in the
call screen to make this work.

When I call now a ''call forwarding' conditional' message comes up and it works fine after that. Is this normal or can I remove this message?

Don't think you can remove the message. I enabled the call waiting and call forward enabled as well and the number is forward back to my own number. It probably works that way to enabled call waiting, forward the call back to own number to get the call waiting functioning.
