    Does anyone have the problem of the external speaker not loud at all? I don't kow if it is software or hardware problem. The loudness has been gone for about the last 3 software upgrades. Anybody else experience this?

    Try doing a search, there are TONS of threads about the volume/speaker problems that exist with the Bold.
