I am new to this site and I have a new BB Tour (Sprint).
My question is, I travel to Colombia monthly, is this my bbm (internet) going to work there for the same price as i pay now or since this doesnt have wifi is it going to be extra.
I have a 5.0.0.419 leak on my Sprint Tour...I just plugged Tour into desktop manager to see what happens. It prompted me to update to 5.0...it's updating right now. I'll post back to see what version updates if any (note: this was a web update and I have no other versions installed on my laptop).
I sense a little tension here. You think he's crying wolf? He did post a pic.
I see the prompt to update in Desktop Manager so I know the request to update is real I'm just not sure how the OP knows that it is the Sprint official release (.484). I'm excited to hear that it is as I have been waiting.

Thank you so much
No..You will need to activate the international data package from Sprint, which is about $40 extra to your monthly rent, but you can cancel it whenever you want. One word of advise, I don't know if Colombia have CDMA carriers (my guess is Yes) but if they don't you will have to activate also the SIM card on your Tour with Sprint and you will need to use the GPS signal to get data there. I travel to Mexico quite often and because there we have CDMA carrier I don't have any trouble.
Check all this with time with Sprint customer service, since I travel to Europe last year (NO CDMA coverage only GPS) and after a couple of frustration hours on the phone an starting to get really mad with the people of Sprint I was able to connect, so just check this with time and get the phone numbers on mind so you can call them in case you have issues.
