    When I have a thread going in BBM (that is for text messaging) my phone does not vibrate when I receive an alert. If it is just a plain sms then it works just fine. Does anyoen have this trouble?

    nope. 1.) it could be the be a bug in the OS leak you're using?
    2.) do you have set to vibrate in for a new alert in your current sound profile for BBM? 3.) are you using a hybrid? if so, which one..

    little more detail may help resolve your issue?

    i had the same problem as you, go edit the profile its probably set as " Vibrate: In holster" not "Vibrate: Always"

    Tried that. I might try making a new profile instead of changing the vibrate profile.

    I am using the official Alltell release.
